About Nicolas Fauth

Production Director, I develop daily my managerial and strategical development know-how. My experience in the automotive industry has also brought me a strong know-how in terms of operational excellence (Lean manufacturing) and in term of starting-up new industrial installations. So I define myself as a field industrial, both for the management aspect of an industrial unit, and for the management aspect of industrial projects. Non-specialized "Arts et Metiers ParisTech" engineer with major in industrial engineering, energy and mechanical engineering, I developed in complement a strong knowledge in general management, in project management and in financial management. This complement was given to me as well by a additional program in the IAE of Aix-en-Provence, in Master's degree General Management, as by my diverse experiences and high-level associative or professional responsibilities. This multidisciplinarity, completed by strong attraction for finance, law and economy, gives me naturally industrial director's or plant manager's profile. My capacities in this domain having been able to demonstrate itself in my current mission.
