About Nicolas Gerbaud

With over fifteen years of work experience in manufacturing and digital transformation, I am passionate about leveraging digital technology to improve business performance, efficiency, and innovation. As a Digital Transformation Officer at Vaillant Group, I am responsible for leading and executing the digital strategy for the plant operations, including industrial connectivity, smart tools, analytics, cloud solutions, IoT and SAP PPDS. I am motivated by the challenge of transforming the organization's culture and processes to embrace digital opportunities and create value for customers, stakeholders, and employees. Prior to joining Vaillant Group, I was a Manufacturing Digital Program Manager at Airbus, where I defined and implemented the digital vision for 14 plants across Airbus Operation and Manufacturing. I introduced new digital standards and tools that focused on business needs and value creation, such as data-driven decision making, automation, digital twins, and predictive maintenance. I also managed a team of digital experts and collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure the alignment and integration of digital initiatives. Through my agile project management, PMP, and CSP skills, I delivered multiple digital projects on time, on budget, and on scope, resulting in improved productivity, quality, and safety.
