In my current role as VP of IT at Triovest, I lead cross-functional teams specializing in Applications, Data & Reporting, Infrastructure, and Security. My background includes more than a decade overseeing enterprise-grade data environments, building high-performance business intelligence teams, and creating reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making. Previously, I served as Senior Director of Business Intelligence at one of Canada’s leading REITs, where I built an industry-recognized BI function and managed hundreds of reporting products. Beyond data, I’ve led large-scale application initiatives—procuring, integrating, and administering software tailored to the unique demands of real estate, from property management to construction and investment portfolios. I’m passionate about leveraging these tools not just to streamline processes, but to deliver measurable business value. On the infrastructure side, my experience spans physical and cloud-based systems, where I’ve optimized vendor strategies, implemented cost savings, and accelerated cloud adoption to strengthen organizational agility. Security is another critical piece of my work. I’ve guided teams to adopt frameworks like NIST, established robust incident response and disaster recovery protocols, and championed business continuity plans that protect both assets and reputation.
