I have over ten years of experience in real estate and alternative investment management. I am VP of Planning & Business Development at Alta Developers, leading the team in charge of acquisitions and negotiating deals for future developments. I’ve analyzed over 200 potential deals, negotiating and closing sites for projects with more than $300M in asset value. Also, managing the entire portfolio’s financial reporting and strategy, overseeing projects totaling assets north of $1b. Previously, I worked at LarrainVial in Chile as Head of Real Estate Investments, where I led the inception of a successful real estate investment strategy, structuring, investing, and managing five different funds totaling over $200M in equity commitments, assets exceeding $700M, and establishing effective partnerships with over 20 local developers. My roles at Drake Capital and Combined Properties, Inc. fortified my foundation in financial modeling, deal structuring, strategic planning, and fund management.
