With over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and product design, I am passionate about helping manufacturing companies optimize their processes, productivity, and performance with cutting-edge automation solutions. I currently work as a Business Development Manager for Fastems, a leading provider of factory automation systems, where I am responsible for expanding the market share and customer base in Northeast France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. I also hold another role as a Business Development Manager for Fastems in Belgium and Luxembourg, where I have been successfully building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and partners since September 2022. Previously, I worked as a Sales Director and Manager for Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, a global leader in sensor, software, and autonomous solutions, where I led the direct and indirect sales of production software in France and managed a team of sales engineers in North France. I have extensive knowledge and experience in computer-aided design (CAD), product conception, and software development, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
