About Nicolas Raynaud

As a young engineer, I am passionate, energized, agile and I am always looking for new challenges. I have been working for 10 years for Schneider Electric, where I started my professional career. I began as a Junior Project Manager for the renewal of an electronic components data base to discover and learn about Schneider Electric and its engineering processes. Then I onboarded as a Technical Leader on a big offer creation program for which I took the full responsibility of the EMC robustness topic, defining the global strategy and leading its execution. After this experience, I took a Management position, thus becoming accountable for Schneider Electric laboratories dealing with products and systems robustness verification, validation and certification according to environmental customers' constraints. Then, I took a Chief of Staff and Strategy Manager position for the entire laboratories organization of Schneider Electric R&D being in charge of defining and leading the execution of the strategy accross 10+ laboratories located in North America, Europe, India and China. Right after, I took a Customer & Innovation Director position into which I was in charge of leading global Customer & Innovations Labs, gathering Schneider Electric latest innovations and welcoming several thousands of customers every year, as well as making sure that the solutions provided to the market are robust, reliable and matching best in class customer experience criteria. Lately, I became Vice President of the Europe CTO Office, an Innovation focused organization, bringing together Schneider Electric best experts on targeted technologies and all the associated Labs.
