About Nicolas Rios

As a Senior Project Engineer at FST Technical Services, I've worked on mission-critical projects that require high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. I am responsible for estimating, planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the projects, from design to commissioning, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. I have a strong educational background in Construction Management and Civil Engineering, with a Bachelor of Technology from CUNY New York City College of Technology. This has equipped me with the technical and managerial skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, and to overcome complex challenges in the construction industry. One of my core competencies is retro-commissioning, which involves optimizing the performance and energy efficiency of existing building systems. I have successfully applied this skill to several large-scale projects, such as data centers, pharmaceutical labs, and commercial buildings, resulting in significant cost savings and environmental benefits for the clients. I am passionate about delivering high-quality projects that meet the most demanding requirements, and that contribute to the social and economic development of the communities they serve. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to improve my professional and personal growth.
