About Nicolas Saab

With over 15 years of experience in engineering and operations, I bring a multidisciplinary background in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Now serving as Production Process Engineering Manager at Spector & Co, I lead cross-functional initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and elevate production standards across a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment. My passion lies in building high-performing teams, driving sustainable process improvements, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. I leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data-driven problem-solving, and hands-on coaching to deliver measurable impact on quality, cost, and efficiency. Throughout my career, I’ve led complex projects ranging from production line transfers and yield improvements to EHS upgrades and root cause investigations. I’m equally comfortable on the shop floor as in strategic planning sessions — aligning technical execution with broader business goals. I thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration, innovation, and accountability are key to long-term success.
