As a mechanical engineer turned impact-driven investor and consultant, I thrive at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and performance. With over a decade of experience spanning private equity, management consulting, and energy technology, my focus has consistently been on accelerating the transition to a low-carbon economy. Currently serving as VP of Responsible Investing at Bregal Investments, I lead cross-functional responsible investing for European mid market funds and decarbonization initiatives across €17B in assets, working directly with portfolio companies' management as operational value creation partner to unlock both sustainable and financial value. From deploying a €50M sustainability fund to drive value-creative sustainability projects that have, I help businesses turn climate ambition into actionable outcomes and value creation. Prior to private equity, I spent four years at Siemens Management Consulting, where I built and led teams drive strategic programs in operational excellence, renewable technology, and sustainability transformation within industrial and energy related industries. Whether restructuring manufacturing footprints or launching sustainability consulting offerings, I bring a systems-engineering mindset to complex challenges. I’m an active contributor to the global dialogue on climate finance, having co-authored several publications through Initiative Climat International and co-chaired a global working group on voluntary carbon markets. My background in mechanical engineering (ETH Zurich) and management (Imperial College London) forms a strong technical and strategic foundation that I continue to build upon in my mission to drive sustainable impact at scale.
