Background

About Nicolas Vogel

As founder and owner of Visionary Geospatial, I strive to provide geospatial solutions for companies involved with land optimization strategies in the private and public sector. For several years I have been contracted as a GIS Specialist and Data Manager at Blue Mountain Environmental Consulting, where I provide geospatial services focused on the natural resource applications of rapidly changing lands. I use all ESRI products, QGIS, and other tools to create maps, analytics, and data management solutions that optimize the end users' experience and best tell their story. I have a keen eye for map design and a strong problem-solving ability using geospatial data. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management and GIS from Colorado State University, where I developed a solid foundation in the principles and practices of natural resource conservation and management. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies in the rapidly evolving field of geospatial sciences, and I enjoy collaborating with great minds to bring innovative ideas to life. I also work as a Shop Technician at TOURIG, where I build and convert custom adventure vehicles for outdoor enthusiasts who want to live on the road and stay connected to nature. I combine my passion for the outdoors with my creativity and technical skills to deliver high-quality and personalized solutions for our clients.
