About Nicole Backmeyer

Product Leader Certified I am a software and product development leader with a strong passion for designing user-friendly software. With experience in both product-led and development-led verticals, I have deep knowledge of startup, enterprise, and growth-enterprise companies. I have worked extensively on legacy, new design, and replacement design products. My expertise includes all things product - roadmap management, defining product visions, building new product teams and product team management, and agile development methodologies (as a director, product manager, product owner, business analyst, and software engineer). I enjoy finding solutions to problems, determining a path to success, and leading execution to get there. With both a Bachelor of Business Administration Honors (Majors in HR and IT), and a Bachelor of Computing Science (Networks Specialization), I aim to bridge the gap between business and computing. I work well alone or as part of a team to achieve required tasks and objectives. My teams have affectionately nicknamed me "Glue"- the person who is able to hold all the pieces together to achieve success. I hope to gain knowledge and new skills in whatever I do - which gives me motivation when working under pressure.
