As a C-suite executive with deep Food and FoodTech experience, I am focused on building businesses that make a difference in the world. I have the P&L perspective that comes from blue-chip CPG fundamentals (Nestle and Kellogg's) while I am energized by start-up/growth companies that are changing the way we think about food. As a creator and business builder, I'm always looking for ways to turn big ideas into even bigger realities. I care about people, animals, and planet. And I am inspired to build businesses that support this. My leadership philosophy is one of empowerment. My goal is to empower people to do BIG things and inspire them to do HARD things. I do this by helping each person on my team find their superpower. I apply a holistic approach to leading a business, shaped by my end-to-end #foodsystem experience. I understand what it takes to produce better #food, from the farmer to the consumer. I empathize with farmers as they sustain us and our planet, and I am deeply familiar with consumer motivations regarding #food and #foodproduction. And I understand the pressure that farmers face to figure out how to produce better food while remaining profitable and sustainable. I also understand what it takes for a food company to create better food for consumers, bring it to market profitably, and scale the business. My entrepreneurial drive and growth focus have led me to start-up/growth companies where I've been able to make an impact by creating new solutions and products that make a positive difference in the world. I know we must preserve our planet, and I’m striving every day to be part of the solution. At the end of the day, I'm not just a CEO or CMO. I'm a creator, a builder, and a believer in the power of business to make a difference. I strive to make an impact wherever I am.
