Many of these cases involved nuances requiring thoughtful and strategic analysis of the law to generate a winning strategy for clients. • First chair experience conducting evidentiary hearings to obtain or defend claims for injunctive relief and declaratory actions to determine the relative rights of litigants. • Second chair experience in two civil bench trials involving real estate disputes. • Second chair experience representing employers, private educational institutions, and assisted living facilities in arbitration proceedings. • Assisted senior partners litigate a two-week jury trial resulting in a favorable verdict on all counts for our client, including an award of attorneys’ fees and costs. • Extensive expertise researching and drafting motions and pleadings in all aspects of civil practice from the initiation through post final judgment.
