Founding Partner of Compass Lake Tahoe, licensed attorney, technology entrepreneur, and mother of three, Nicole Blair continues to set the bar high for women in business. Compass is the country's fastest growing and most innovative residential real estate model, and in 2018, identified Nicole and her husband, Jamison Blair, as the ideal partners to expand the brand into this one-of-kind resort market. Now connected directly to the powerful, insightful network of Compass, there's very little her team won't be able to accomplish in their market, which spans Truckee, Martis Camp, Lahontan, Tahoe Donner, Tahoe City, West Shore, Alpine Meadows, and world-famous Squaw Valley, among other submarkets of Lake Tahoe. Before Compass, Nicole worked with Jamie to lead Tahoe Real Estate Group, a boutique family-run brokerage that flourished for three decades. She also invented PAM (Pocket Agent Mentor) a training and mentorship app for new real estate agents. Nicole and Jamison have three children and live in North Lake Tahoe.
