Healthcare is all about people — which is why I believe humility and an empathetic ear are essential tools of leadership in healthcare services. In a field that relies on driven individuals, I lead by example. With more than 15 years of industry experience and analyzing all aspects of the business, from the front desk to the C-suite, I know what systems work and have the keen ability to identify what needs to change. A growth mindset is key to providing outstanding customer service and top tier patient care as well as positive business outcomes. It is my privilege and my responsibility to ensure every patient we serve at Professional Imaging is treated with dignity and respect. This starts by making sure every member of our senior level staff feels valued and empowered, and is given the opportunity to succeed. My leadership style is influenced by my passion and drive, as well as my loyalty. When I’m not at the office, I am proud to support the KC Athletic Sports Clinic as a board member.
