About Nicole C.

I received my (CSW) Certified Social Worker License in KY and completed my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Morehead State University. I have a broad range of experience including both Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse in: Emergency Room Social Work including Behavioral Health, Group/Individual Counseling in Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Case Management. I also have experience with several populations such as the Elderly, Juveniles, Youth, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Addiction Treatment/Recovery, Acute/Trauma Care. Quality/Client Care, Advocacy, Professionalism are my strengths. In previous years I was Co-Owner of a successful Corporation. I also have worked with several charity organizations and volunteering in my community. I am interested in working in Medical, Long Term Care, Residential/Facility settings, Foster Care, and Mental Health/Substance Abuse. I am reliable and accustomed to Interdisciplinary/Multidisciplinary Treatment Teams.
