About Nicole Carpenter

After working in the customer service industry for over 20 years I have learned one thing, people. I've worked in many diverse fields with a plethora of personalities. Reading people enables me to properly facilitate results by understanding which approach would work best for the customer. I also moved 33 times before graduating high school, making me extremely adaptable to my environment. I never perform a project halfway. Given any task, I will always execute to the best of my ability. My general manager, whom I worked under for almost 9 years, once said,"You're a hard worker Nicole, and no one can ever take that from you." Communication is key to any successful business; which is why I am quick to connect with coworkers. I think it's important to be approachable to team members, to ensure one's reliability. Likewise, if there is ever an assignment I am unsure of, or if a problem occurs during a project, I will not hesitate to contact the team leader and address the issue promptly. Having dealt with disgruntled customers and coworkers, I am able to quickly diffuse situations by using empathy and positive reinforcement. Open minded and a quick learner, I am eager to start a new successful career path.
