About Nicole Cole

Over the past 29 years (yes 29!), I've grown and developed my career with Principal in meaningful and impactful ways. I started in the business within retirement services and grew my career there for 12 yrs. I was ready for a new challenge so with the support of my leaders and peers, I jumped into the next phase of my career. And the cool thing - I didn't need to look outside of the company I loved. I joined our talent acquisition team and found a new passion. Over the past 15 yrs, I've developed strong networks, met amazing people and helped bring on great talent to our organization. Not a bad gig so far for a Fashion Merchandising graduate=0) Now it's time for the next challenge - back in the business. I'm excited to help our Benefits & Protection leaders take business strategies and develop recommendations to align capabilities, people and processes to help meet goals.
