As a skilled change agent, Nicole has proven expertise in developing and managing strategic priorities within large government and non-profit healhcare and public service organizations. Nicole is dedicated to improving the quality of life in communities, specifically, reducing inequitable access to resources that impact social drivers of health including socioeconomic status, education, neighborhood environment, employment, social support networks, as well as access to health care services.
