About Nicole Deconinck

I knew that I wanted to be in hospitality the first time I went to Walt Disney World. 16 trips later (I know, I know – don’t be mad at me!) was mere confirmation of a five-year-old’s intent. Today, having completed an outstanding degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Niagara University, several memorable internships both in the U.S. and abroad, and early career experience with major brands, I look forward to further honing my skills in all aspects of the profession. Never one to shy away from hard work or long hours, COVID did hold a silver lining for me in that it affirmed why I love the field I chose – the satisfaction of providing customers with the best possible experience in their “home away from home.”
