I help improve companies through organization, innovation, and process improvement. I have eight years of progressive leadership and management experience. I build high performing, organized teams that make our work look easy. So easy, that our initiatives are often adopted by other departments throughout the company. I am a motivated self-starter with a take-ownership type of attitude. I like to get things done and I believe in getting them done correctly. A secret passion of mine is ensuring that everything is operating as efficiently as possible and I find value in both large and small initiatives. I think the "What" is equally as important as the "How" and it's just as important to understand the "Why". These values have allowed me to effectively manage people and processes, creating a track record of high performing teams. I see leadership as a deeply rewarding privilege and I use it to enhance the intrinsic experience of my teams and colleagues.
