About Nicole Domkowski

As a Procedure Scheduler at Providence Health & Services, I apply my problem solving skills and master's degree in education to ensure the efficient and accurate scheduling of patients for various specialty services. I have been working in this role for over a year and a half, and I enjoy collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and supporting the mission of providing compassionate care to our community. Prior to joining Providence, I gained valuable experience in technical support, education, and training and development. I developed and facilitated training for tier 1 and 2 level technical support staff for a collaborative NWEA and Khan Academy educational software product, where I also provided customer service and troubleshooting. I also served as the Safety Committee Chair at Nike, where I completed monthly audits of the child development centers on campus and represented our program in the risk assessment team. These experiences have enhanced my communication, leadership, and organizational skills, which I leverage in my current role as a Specialty Scheduling Coordinator.
