Background
About Nicole Doyle
I am currently a Dietetic Intern at UPMC East, and a 2nd year graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. I am enrolled in the Dietitian Nutritionist Program, studying to be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. My experience as a previous professional ballet dancer inspired me to pursue a career as a dietitian. More specifically, I want to support patients who are struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating and work to establish preventative measures for eating disorders in adolescent athletes and dancers. In my spare time, I am also a part-time ballet instructor. I utilize my growing knowledge of eating disorders, weight bias, and trauma-informed care to inspire the next generation of dancers to advocate for change in the ballet community.
