About Nicole Eifler

Nicole has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology by the University of Bonn, Germany. She has 20 years of experience in Consulting, Training, Keynote Speaking and Coaching and unifies a strong analytical competence with true passion for people development. Being an expatriate, managing projects in several countries and in 3 languages, Nicole developed a sense for the impact that local cultures have in the implementation of strategies of global companies. Using her experience she adapts her interventions to the “local flavour” in order to maximize results. In 2009 she was awarded Iberian Champion of Impromptu Speech by the Toastmasters and spoke at Ignite and TedX Events in Portugal. Nicole is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by ICF and a member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association (OPP). Based in Lisbon she is COO of Consulting House, and responsible for the local and international business. She speaks fluently German, English and Portuguese.
