About Nicole Fitzpatrick

After receiving my graduate degree in May 2024, I started my professional career in client services as an Associate Account Executive, and was eager to apply what I'd learned in the classroom to a fast-paced agency environment. Over the past year, I've gained invaluable insight into how an agency operates from the inside out. I had the opportunity to be part of a collective client service team that successfully launched a new Parkinson's disease device in the beginning of 2025. This experience not only deepened my understanding of product launches within the healthcare space, but also sharpened my communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills. These learnings helped me thrive in my role, and in October 2025, I was proud to be promoted to Account Executive. I'm excited about the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, further develop my leadership capabilities, and continue delivering value to clients in meaningful ways. I'm looking forward to growing both professionally and personally as I take on this next chapter in my career!
