Background
About Nicole Groff
Growing up in 4-H and FFA nurtured my deep passion for the agriculture industry, especially in the fields of animal science and agriculture education. These formative experiences shaped my commitment to advancing agricultural awareness and fostering the next generation of leaders in this vital industry. Today, I am honored to serve as the Director of Agriculture Education at my home fair, where I have the privilege of continuing the legacy of agricultural passion and learning. This role holds special meaning, as I am a proud third-generation exhibitor at the York State Fair. My husband and I are dedicated to raising the next generation of exhibitors, instilling in our family the same values and traditions that have guided us. For me, agriculture is more than a career—it’s a way of life, a community, and a chance to inspire others. I’m passionate about connecting people to the land, their food, and the stories behind it all. Let’s collaborate and celebrate the future of agriculture together!
