About Nicole Herring

After completing my BA in Multimedia Journalism and MA in PR & Communications, I began my journey in marketing at Tapflo UK, part of TS Group. I started as Marketing Assistant in 2017 and worked my way up to Marketing Manager with my own team by 2018. I have put a heavy focus on training and development for my team and myself to enable us to bring all outsourced marketing in-house, specifically SEO, Design, Web Development, and ads. Since beginning my career in marketing, I have grown my skillset in all-round Digital Marketing, while specialising in SEO and organic lead generation. I work closely with the sales team and have a proven track record of increasing new customer lists and organic online enquiries year-on-year, with a strong background in leadership and team management. Over the last 6 years our portfolio of companies within the group has expanded, and I now manage the marketing for multiple companies in the industrial, manufacturing, and recruitment sector. Alongside my management role, I’m also a Mental Health First Aider at TS Group and have recently completed my Level 2 Certification in Mental Health Awareness.
