About Nicole Lemons

Nicole Lemons is an experienced property management professional with over twenty years in the industry. She is a leader in the Community Association management field, an active member of the Washington Chapter of Community Association Institute (WSCAI), and holds the CMCA® certification. Nicole specializes in providing administration services for construction projects and insurance claims. In her role as Special Projects Administration, Nicole advises the Boards of Directors on large projects such as construction defect repairs, roof and deck repair, sprinkler replacement, asphalt repair and seal coating. Nicole expertly serves the Board of Directors by attending weekly construction meetings, posting notices for owners, advising the Boards of Directors on compliance issues, processing payment applications, and meeting with vendors and homeowners to coordinate approved work. Prior to Emerald Management & Consulting, LLC, Nicole was employed by SUHRCO Residential Properties, LLC. Nicole Joined SUHRCO as an Administrative Assistant in 2006. For several years she worked with Associations on their day-to-day operations. She has excellent communication skills and is both responsive and detailed oriented. She has maintained an excellent relationship with past Boards and continues to support them as Special Projects Administrator. Nicole was born in Wichita, Kansas, and has lived in the Seattle area for the past twenty plus years. She attended Green River Community College in Auburn, Washington, and in her free time enjoys baking, camping, reading, and vacationing with family and friends.
