Teaching functional movement to people experiencing chronic pain has revealed a fundamental truth: people are inherently resilient. Over 15 years as a Classical Pilates teacher, I've witnessed how bodies trapped in cycles of protection and pain can learn to feel safe again. I believe that everyone can find peace within their body and mind. Currently pursuing my MA in Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco, I'm passionate about helping people understand how their nervous systems respond to stress, trauma, and healing. I've learned that healing happens when we recognize the signals our bodies send us, understand how we hold tension and where we find release, and discover the patterns that support or undermine our ability to thrive. I bring a blend of directness, curiosity, and humor to my work. Sometimes, a well-timed laugh can break through tension and shift perspective in ways that serious conversation alone can't.
