About Nicole Maye

I’m a HR Business Partner with 15 years’ experience working across Mining, Construction, Engineering Consultancy, Oil & Gas and Finance Services. I have worked in partnership with the leadership teams to proactively address and resolve strategy and people issues across these industries. More recently I have been a HR Business Partner in Coal working on a productivity improvement project and workforce planning. Prior to this, I was HR Business Partner within a Business Services area of Rio Tinto undergoing an IS & T outsourcing strategy working with leadership team on organisation design, change management, talent management and capability development. Prior to this, I have also worked in Major Capital Mining Projects both from the perspective of contributing to people strategy and delivery. I have a professional, transparent and collaborative approach and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships to enable business outcomes. I have a Bachelor of Business Management: Human Resources Management, specialising in IR from QUT and a Graduate Diploma of Management from AGSM. I have also completed a course at the University of Queensland - Leadership for Executive Women.
