As an assistant manager at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, I oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, customer service, and staff development. I have a BA in English Language and Literature from East Carolina University, which helps me communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors. I have been working at DSW for over six years, starting as a sales associate and progressing to a warehouse lead and a sales supervisor before becoming an assistant manager. I have developed strong retail and communication skills, as well as time management and problem-solving abilities. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.
