Background

About Nicole Ogden

I am a driven and creative individual, who thrives in leadership roles. My interests reflect the courses I have elected to take while attending the University of Minnesota: Psychology, Marketing, Applied Business and Leadership; all of which have led me to pursue a career in Performance Development, Management and Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Consulting. Let's work smarter. While attending college, I gained valuable experience in several fields including front of house & customer experience, hospitality operations & customer service, health club operations and sales, school office administration clerk, in-home care provider, and reading/math volunteering. My working experiences are diverse and have provided countless opportunities to develop a valuable skill set of problem-solving, communication and technical operations. Additionally, these working positions offered basic abilities to create and manage records, execute tasks by given deadlines, handle sensitive information, attend to fine detail, and directly interact with clientele and team members towards a common goal. I am a University of Minnesota-Twin Cities graduate, and I am seeking a full-time opportunity where I can utilize my education, life and work experience in beginning the next chapter of my professional career.
