About Nicole Patchin

Seven years of project management experience in environmental stewardship, youth development, disaster response, and relief across non-profit and government sectors. Over ten years of customer service, sales, and retail experience in fast-paced environments such as events and festivals. I have mentored youth, young adults, and professionals in various settings, with my most recent experience being in environmental education. I have experience in coalition building, grant writing, and social media marketing for the Illinois Coalition for Fair Housing. With my wide range of work experience, there is much to be said about my adaptability and multifaceted skillset. These skills include project management, problem-solving, critical thinking, data analysis and collection, bookkeeping, scheduling, team building, and effective communication. I have completed two degrees with honors and am a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I have been awarded a lifetime service award for hours of community service and a team leader of the year award through my service with AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps. Through my professional and personal endeavors, I seek opportunities to serve my community as a socially responsible public servant.
