Nicole Patel is a Consultant on the Organizational Effectiveness team at Slalom in Houston, Texas. Nicole has been involved in custom IT implementations at all project stages within the Waterfall and Agile project management models. She has supported clients in the Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Distribution, Hospitality, and Agribusiness industries and has excelled in a variety of roles, including managing end-user training programs, training development, role mapping, testing, functional consulting, and test management. Nicole has experience in WalkMe, ANCILE uPerform, Adobe Captivate, Salesforce, SAP (Hybris, CRM, FICO, EWM, MDG, and BOBJ), and Oracle Siebel Hospitality. She also has previous experience in Lean Six Sigma processes and was certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from United Airlines. Nicole graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.
