I’m a healthcare quality improvement professional who believes that the best outcomes happen when we put people first, whether that’s patients, providers, or the teams delivering care.Over the past decade, I’ve managed millions of dollars in grants, supported 15+ Community Health Centers across Idaho, and led initiatives that strengthen behavioral health integration, reduce stigma, and build resilient healthcare workforces. I thrive at the intersection of strategic program management and authentic relationship-building, translating complex requirements into actionable, sustainable improvements.What I bring:• Grant & Contract Management Excellence: Successfully managed $12M+ in state and federal grants, including leading Idaho’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) expansion. Expert in HRSA compliance, federal drawdowns, and navigating complex funding landscapes.• Quality Improvement & Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on support to healthcare organizations in workflow optimization, clinical quality improvement, PCMH recognition, and data-driven decision making. I make QI accessible and sustainable.• Behavioral Health Integration Expertise: Deep experience in behavioral health/primary care integration, CCBHCs, SUD/MAT programs, suicide prevention, and reducing mental health stigma.
