About Nicole Pohl

I like to communicate with people and learning from them. Setting goals and accomplishing them together in and with a team make my tasks and responsibilities precious and beneficial. In this context I look back on more than 20 years of successful project work - first in the below-the-line communication for movies at retail or film theaters, then in the field of digital B2B communication in the market for machinery. Here I developed strategic and content-related projects to further develop corporate websites and associated communication channels. For more than 10 years, I have successfully taken care of a corporate sustainability reporting. In 2023, my field of work expanded to include numerous topics related to sustainability from a strategic perspective. I am very passionate and motivated in my work. This certainly comes from my nature, because enthusiasm for a topic and the underlying conviction to complete something well and at the same time think ahead drives me forward. Staying in motion, thinking forward and creating new ways how to think and consider the status quo are the main drivers for my understanding how to work and getting projects sustainably implemented. For me, it is the magnitude of the issue that requires us to have the willingness to grasp it and to look together for creative and unconventional ways and solutions that we can start with now and have a long-term beneficial impact.
