As an assistant HR & recruitment at AHT GROUP, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various projects in the development cooperation sector. I use various online platforms and tools to attract and engage potential candidates, and I design and post job advertisements. I also manage the applicant database and the personnel files, and provide general administrative support. I have developed strong skills in talent assessment, employee benefits, and employee administration, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my performance.
