Program development and management - In charge of all steps in producing the goals for the overall program using comments and results of member and volunteer-wide surveys. Qualitatively evaluate goals annually to measure success and determine direction of program- Analyze member and volunteer numbers to determine retention. During my first two years at SAIL, member numbers increased by 7% through improved focus on customer service. Over the past two years, we’ve maintained our total member number while heavily pivoting what services we could safely offer older adults. Team management and support - Lead daily hybrid operations, embracing all ideas and adaptions to current systems in place to helps us best assist clients. Communicate with staff and volunteers on an individual level that matches their support needs- Offer staff and volunteers a place to share opinions on certain organizational decisions. Acknowledge their contributions in project updates, which has resulted in healthy collaborations with other projects- Advocate and practice an open policy for staff and volunteers to confidently share concerns or problems, resulting in a healthy line of understanding where staff feel heard. Leadership committee collaboration and support - Leader and liaison for five-member volunteer groups focused on further expanding our organization through communication, finances, development, diversity, and our education program- Actively participate on member-led Council team by supporting bi-monthly team updates and preparing and providing operations update. Project and database management - Manage online database of 750 members, prospective members, volunteers, donors, service providers- Conduct trainings for staff and volunteers – train new staff and volunteers on their positions, develop and lead trainings on new systems within the organization. Currently implementing a new volunteer platform to track hours and share service requests more efficiently- Manage all aspects of projects, including timeline, updates, and internal and external communications.
