I’m a purpose-driven Senior Manager with over 18 years of experience in financial services. I’m known for leading with empathy and clarity, and for building strong, people-centered teams that thrive in complex environments. Coaching and developing talent is where I do my best work. Whether it’s through thoughtful feedback, mentoring, onboarding, or initiatives like book clubs and peer learning, I focus on helping people grow and feel supported. I believe good leadership means making space for others to lead, especially during times of change. Outside of work, I’ve volunteered for many years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, standing up for the best interests of kids in foster care. I also serve on the board of directors, helping guide the organization’s strategy and long-term impact. That experience has shaped how I show up as someone who listens, builds trust, and stays focused on what truly matters. I lead with heart, consistency, and a strong sense of purpose.
