About Nicole Sweitzer

At a young age, my parents took me on the adventure of a lifetime as we lived across the United States and abroad for my father’s work. Being the new kid and trying to thrive in new cultures taught me how it felt to seek inclusion and acceptance. I went on to study International Relations and Global Studies and sought a job where I could pursue my passion of working with people from diverse backgrounds and making sure their voices were heard. Today I am pleased to be in a role where I organize opportunities for employees to share their feedback. Then I use employee feedback to plan initiatives that focus on the areas that we can embrace to fulfill our Office’s mission, strengthen our culture, and engage our most valuable asset: our staff. When I am not at work, you can find me raising money for the Arthritis Foundation with the Nashville Area Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi, playing with my cats, or cheering on the Tennessee Titans with my friends and family.
