About Nicole Tschipke

I am a curious specialist in Organisational and Personnel Development with an ever-growing experience in international and intercultural business, and passionate about the people aspect in business. Success comes from satisfaction – from your own and that of others. That’s why I work to add value to people’s daily lives and thrive to see everyone develop to their best potential. I consider myself to be an empathetic person with the strong ability to communicate and act confidently on all hierarchical levels. This also extends to intercultural aspects: I work in a globally active company in an international and diverse team, and so far travelled to a total of 20 countries for work, studies, and fun. These experiences enable me to move securely and positively in intercultural settings. My dual Bachelor’s degree in International Business has given me a strong foundation of advanced business knowledge: Economics, finance, human resources, communication, marketing, law, leadership, and intercultural aspects were all part of the curriculum. To complement this rather generalist approach, I earned a Master’s degree in Organisational and Personnel Development to enhance my knowledge about change management, organisational culture, communication, consulting, coaching, as well as organisational and personal learning.
