About Nicole Webber

Customer relations, problem solving, organizing a daunting mess, you name it! At my current position at AAC credit union I have been named the one to be tasked with all jobs difficult at our branch. In previous years, I worked at Gentex corporation where I feel I picked up a necessary set of skills in which helped to develop my sense of organization and methods to allow processes to flow smoothly. As a member advisor at AAC I have picked up skills expanding my array of knowledge outside of manufacturing work, including: Leadership, Scheduling, Microsoft programs, Typing and ShoreTel, Supply management, and much more! Leadership: On the teller line, it is important to have a designated leader to always be aware of who is walking through the door or pulling into the drive through window. Assisting fellow tellers as needed when a problem arises. Scheduling: During my time at the credit union, I have helped develop a method of scheduling for our loan officers when appointments need to be made. Allowing for a smoother flow of loans coming in, and leveling the amount of pressure on our officers. Along with that, I have provided schedules for maintaining chores and a clean environment for both employees and our members. Microsoft: Working in an office setting, along with my education at Davenport University, has allowed me to pick up the necessary skills to use any typical software in an office environment. Typing and ShoreTel: Working Hand in hand with Microsoft programs, my typing skills have improved and I have gained experience using ShoreTel communications on our phone systems. Supply management: Designated with the duty of maintaining supplies, I have created a set of worksheets to detail what supplies are needed, and keep a tidy organized area for supplies kept.
