I have been actively involved in the cosmetology field for over 30 years and have developed an excellent knowledge of the industry. I have owned and operated a private salon for 18 years as a master colorist while acting as a team leader and mentoring over 10 cosmetology professionals. Professionally, I offer sound knowledge of sales, marketing, and teaching practices. I have been a per diem Marketing, Events, and Promotions Team Leader for American Iron Gym for the last 3 years, where I have been actively involved in fostering volunteer culture and managing data collection/curation during events. I excel at building productive professional relationships and motivating team members. I relate well to people of diverse interests and authority levels. I am confident that I will exceed expectations for maintaining current and projected company goals. In my diverse background, I have thoroughly enjoyed diving into new situational projects, whether that be in merchandising, inventory, product knowledge, teaching, or sales and marketing strategies. Most importantly, my passion for connecting with people persists as my personal motivator in any position.
