About Nicolette Desantis

Hi there! I'm Nicolette and I am Communications professional with a B.A. in Communication and double minor is Business and Writing from Hope College. I've worked as a communicator and marketer in a variety of industries including Legal, Real Estate and most recently have found my home in Healthcare. I have a wealth of experience in developing communication and marketing plans for projects big and small, drafting press releases, planning events and more. For as long as I can remember I've loved writing. While most kids were outside playing sports, I'd be inside drafting my latest version of the DeSantis Family Newsletter (shocking no one, readership was low). While I'd like to think my abilities have improved since those days, my love of writing has remained consistent. Turning my beloved hobby into a full blown career is a dream come true. After a 5-year stint in Chicago, I am thrilled to be back to my roots of Metro Detroit. Outside of work I can usually be found taking an OrangeTheory class, trying new restaurants with my friends, reading the latest thriller novel or watching the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
