About Nicolette Galliers

In my head I'm a customer care, and admin and support specialist. In my heart I'm a writer and editor with a personal preference for medieval history. And I love languages. In each company I have worked for, I have built a reputation for being the person who gets things done. I have an excellent attention to detail and always look to find ways to improve. I am an excellent administrator and a rapid learner with a passion for the arts and literature. I speak Spanish and French and have a basic knowledge of many more languages, including Latin and Welsh. I have been pivotal in ensuring a previous employer came through the disruption of retail lockdowns—affecting our entire customer base—not just intact but in a position to grow. I thrive in roles in niche, specialist organisations, and in the past I have been a church organ tuner and manufacturer, a brand name creator, and now I'm in a boutique tax accountant, specialising in US and UK tax. I have many years of experience with volunteering, giving back to my community in all sorts of ways - from parent reader at a school, a member of the Board of Trustees at a children's charity, and a long-term motorsport marshal.
