About Nicolette Gardner

School district finance and business management in a small rural school district is where I have spent the last six years. Last year my oil paintings were on rotation in the Apache County Annex and Library buildings and I'm happy to have others view something I love. I enjoy making a difference for the students in our K-8 school and believe my presence is making a lasting difference. In prior career experiences at a skilled nursing facility I increased private pay revenue from 85% to 110% making up for prior period deficits. I also worked in the facilities long-term care billing and admissions. During that time I enjoyed interacting with residents and their families the most. It has been over twenty years that I have been engaged in working with business owners and operators collecting and analyzing financial data to make the best decisions for the future of their organizations. Skills include Tax Preparation and Bookkeeping in various forms. At one time I was admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an EA and as such, maintain rigorous educational requirements as set forth by law.
