About Nicolle Austin

I have worked in the retail property industry now for 20 plus years where I have established a career in retail shopping Centre Leasing, working with some of largest Landlords in Australia including lend Lease, Stockland & Westfield (now Scentre Group). My career has been based in Victoria & Sydney where I lived for 6 yrs until 2014. My job involves negotiating new leases & renewals with national retailers as well as independents, sourcing new, innovative retail concepts to enhance & add value to our shopping Centres. In my new retail role, I am now responsible for looking after the existing portfolio for GazMan menswear, Blazer Menswear & Cable Melbourne and Perri Cutten women’s luxury brands & expanding these brands further within Australia. Its has been refreshing to learn now from the other side of the fence and see The Retailers perspective! I have also worked in 2016 as Real Estate Development Manager for Guzman Y Gomez (GYG) for Vic and sourced opportunities to further expand this amazing cool, urban & funky Mexican food concept. I am also passionate about people and enjoy the challenge of growing & mentoring them within our business.
