My 15 years as a director, business/technical consultant and analyst in the social impact space have led me to understand the frustration, struggle and overwhelm that comes with wearing multiple hats, feeling like you can’t keep up or learn quickly enough, and being so overwhelmed that you don’t know where to focus. Create Agency helps small business owners and leaders create their unique impact. Our services are three-pronged-stress management coaching -technical support/design -business advisement As CEO, a seasoned business consultant and technical trainer/implementor, and a Yin Yoga and Qi Gong instructor, I know first hand the long-term effects of overwhelm, chronic stress and inaction, and how to implement tools to manage and prevent those effects in accessible and impactful ways. Our team consists of women consultants and technical whizzes who embrace wellness and technical literacy, people-centered business advising and equity in tech/consulting spaces. As both a health and technology educator, I am a staunch advocate for digital literacy/access and policies that support preventative medicine and a whole-person approach to health. I am proud to be a 200-hour Yin Yoga trained instructor, and a Certified Equity-Centered Leader and Coach.
