About Nicolle Cooper

I currently work for Ladbrokes where customer service, cash handling and working in a fast paced environment is a must. I enjoy my job, it is full of challenges and no two days are ever the same. When I began working here in July 2017 I had absolutely no experience in the bookmaker industry, however I have lots of precious cash handling and customer service experience which was a distinct advantage. I took on the role and each day I learn something new, I expected and received a challenge and I love it. I was a student at Portarlington Further Education Centre, Portarlington, Co Laois, Ireland studying FETAC level 5 major award in Marketing & Business Administration. I'm this course there are 8 modules: • Communications • Marketing Practice • Word Processing • Spreadsheets • Behavioural Studies • Accounting • Work Experience I also completed level 6 HRM. I finished this course in June 2016. I can adapt to different situations efficiently and effectively. I take pride in my work and give any challenges I take on my all. I am very reliable and punctual. I work extremely well as part of a team environment, however equally as well on my own initiative. I am a confident self-motivated individual. I have a huge amount of sales & retail experience and this is exactly the type of work I have aways aimed for, however since completing my course I am really interested to find some Administration/Receptionist work.
