Nicollette Leeflang is currently part of the Enterprise Business Unit of Salesforce, as an Account Director for strategic customers, headquartered in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, she was responsible for Marketing Cloud business development at SalesForce, based out of London (UK). Prior to Salesforce, Nicollette was a Client Solutions Manager within the Life Sciences Research team at Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc.(GLG), a role she held from January 2018 until November 2019 based in London. In this role, she was responsible for the commercial relationships with top tier Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Health Tech clients in the EMEA region. Between March 2016 and December 2017, she was responsible for the global Network Development efforts for the larger Corporate Markets team, managing a team in the United States. Throughout her tenure at GLG, she was involved with Life Sciences companies all over the world to put them in touch with industry experts for consulting interactions. Prior to this time, she acted as a Recruiting Associate with Elm Talent Group from July 2014 until July 2015, based in New Haven, CT, USA. During this time, she became familiar with all of the different aspects of the recruiting process, ranging from sourcing high-caliber candidates to managing and optimizing internal operations. In this role, she worked closely with senior leaders to find best talent pools for client needs. She obtained a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and followed courses in The Netherlands, United States and France.
